Check, Change, Control
On Tuesday our providers began a new program called “Check, Change, Control”. In addition to providing free blood pressure cuffs and classes, we kicked off the program by distributing 50 Fitbits to patients. This Act of Kindness helps support the goals of our patients to monitor their health and get more exercise.
